Is Google trust worthy company? Yes of course.Google cares more about it.Google reviews made on the Google places will not be displayed immediately. It checks the trust worthieness of the reviews made on the Google Places.Here are some of the snap shots of the Google Places. You can see the number of reviews made on each result displayed in Google results.
While clicking on the reviews You can see the result page that can display information about the particular business.

You can make your own reviews about the particular business by saying whether you love the service or hate the service.
